Swallows 4 Week Swim Membership

Swallows Four Week Summer Fix Terms & Conditions:

•        The Promoter is Serco Leisure Ltd, 38 Scudamore Road, Leicester, LE3 1UQ

•        The “The Four Week Summer Fix!” membership is available to new members of the centre from 00:00 Monday 15th July – 23:59 Thursday 31st August 2024, but may be withdrawn or amended at any time and without notice

•        The membership must be paid in full at time of purchase

•        The membership entitles the owner to full use the swimming pool (subject to availability)

•        Not applicable to Serco Leisure employees

•        Members who join using “The Four Week Summer Fix!” offer will not pay the standard Admin or Joining Fee

•        The ability to freeze or cancel doesn’t apply to this membership

•        Minimum age restrictions apply for the membership, see venue T&C’s for details

•        The Family swimming pass is on a 2 adults and 2 children basis or 1 adult and 3 children basis, standard admissions policy applies

•        The Junior swimming pass is available for individuals aged 16 and under, standard admissions policy applies

•        Pass holders must check-in for their session either at Reception or using the My MORE App to scan their member barcode at the turnstile on arrival

•        Pass holders who fail to check-in for their session will receive a strike on their account. If a pass holder received three strikes on their account, they will be banned from pre-booking via our website and app for a number of weeks, but will be able to book at Reception

•        We request that pass holders only book for the swim sessions that they plan to attend in order to free up spaces for other swimmers to use our pool

•        Offer not available in conjunction with any other offer 

•        The promotion is not transferable and no alternative offers are available 

•        In addition to the above, please refer to our standard terms and conditions which also apply where applicable, minimum age restrictions apply

•        Serco Leisure Operating Ltd have the final decision on any discount/referral offer given

•        Management reserves the right to cancel or refuse an individual’s membership with justified reason
