My MORE App Login Process Changes
On Monday 8th September 2025 the way you login to the My MORE app will change.
On this date your smartphone will require an update, which will be available to download during that day. You must action this update to continue using the app.
The way you login will also be changing. From 8th September onward you'll use your membership account details to access the app instead of your app account details. It is essential that your membership account email address matches the one in your My MORE app account to maintain your app history and any reward points, which you can update at any point before the 8th September.

If you need to reset your membership account password to update your email address before 8th September or just to remind yourself of your details, you can do that by tapping below.
Remember, you won't be able to login to the app with your membership details until after you've updated your app on the 8th September. Before then you'll continue to use your app account login details like you have before, allowing you to make sure your membership and app account email addresses match to maintain any app history from 8th September onward.
